Doug Ingram is currently the President of QueueLogix, an integrated solutions partner delivering sophisticated and sustainable business processes and engineered revenue cycle solutions to healthcare organizations. QueueLogix, and its revolutionary software based product, EventCare, allows healthcare providers to tackle many of their most pressing challenges for the mandated progression from fee for service environments of today to value based care environments of tomorrow.
Doug’s background and career has centered on environments and verticals characterized by complex work flows and processes that can be radically improved through the use of innovative and sophisticated enterprise software solutions. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Ingram has started and been involved in several software-based enterprises all with a singular focus on the use of business process management oriented technologies in complex, mission critical environments such as healthcare and supply chain. The result of his entrepreneurial pursuits in these environments includes his development of unique applications, technologies and processing methodologies for several businesses that have resulted in rapid revenue acceleration and industry accolades. Most recently, before the acquisition of his latest startup company and his work with QueueLogix, Mr. Ingram served as President for a healthcare software and services entity that was twice recognized by INC magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US.
Mr. Ingram holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia with additional certificates in database design and architecture from University of California, Berkeley and Oracle Corporation.
Vice President of Customer Success
Chris Ragland serves as the Vice President of Customer Success for QueueLogix. In this role Chris focuses on helping QueueLogix customers achieve success through the use of our software and services capabilities. As one of the architects of the original EventCare product, Chris uses his technical knowledge and engineering mindset to help clients navigate implementation, configuration and deployment of the EventCare platform within their business.
Chris’ career prior to QueueLogix spans a wide experience set in enterprise software development, entrepreneurship and globe trotting including setting up new business ventures in the United Kingdom and Germany. Through his previous entrepreneurial and engineering endeavours he is proud to have secured 13 patents in the United States focusing on advanced thermal and acoustic technologies that can be found in many of today’s cars and trucks. Bringing this methodical and engineering based approach coupled with strong empathy for QueueLogix customers, Chris is able to help guide the company’s mission and ensuring clinical and HIM staff are able to successfully transact, connect and trigger the right actions.
When not in the office Chris enjoys time with his wife, three children and sometimes cantankerous German Shepherd, Anna. He also enjoys rooting for Auburn football on game-day, (where he attended college) and sneaking in the occasional practice session with his numerous collection of guitars.
Vice President of Sales
A devoted and enthusiastic healthcare executive, Jonathan Mullane’s experience encompasses over twenty years of progressive practice management and business development. His passion for healthcare and dynamic leadership has helped to raise the standard of care for patients, while increasing financial achievement for a variety of sophisticated healthcare organizations including physician practices, outpatient, and ambulatory.
Most recently, Mullane served as Vice President of Business Development for Team Health covering markets in the Southeast and Southwestern United States. In his role at Team Health, Jonathan collaborated with hospital executives to drive achievement of clinical, operational and financial goals for emergency medicine, hospital medicine and anesthesia service lines.
Mullane began his career leading the business development efforts for Medquest’s local radiology diagnostic centers. He quickly cultivated an entrepreneurial passion for improving the quality of care provided to patients in the outpatient radiology setting. His innovative approach to patient care, coupled with a focus on enhanced financial outcomes for clinicians delivering the care, has been a consistent focus of his career.
Today, building upon his varied operations and financial experience in healthcare, Mullane is a recognized leader in the revenue cycle management space, having served in leadership roles with RCM companies such as McKesson and MedData. During Mullanes’s tenure with MedData he successfully orchestrated one of the most innovative and largest outsourced deal of it’s kind with an integrated emergency medicine physician group in the United States. Mullane’s approach to the discipline of revenue cycle management is to combine his expert consultative abilities, coupled with his comprehensive domain expertise to achieve outstanding results for his clients.
When not developing ways to improve the clinical, operations and financial goals for clients, Mullane enjoys competing at golf, coaching little league baseball, and spending time with his family – wife Eileen, two daughters Emma and Helen and son Michael. Mullane has lived in Charleston, SC for over twenty years.
